2022 Gala Sponsorship Form

Temple Beth Shalom will be celebrating the 2022 Gala at the Columbus Zoo on April 30th. 

The theme for the gala is all things carnival; our venue is right next to the carousel, and we will have carnival-style games and experiences, as well as the great experience that the zoo has to offer! We are also very excited about the fantastic menu that we have selected. Of course, as has been the case throughout the pandemic, TBS will conduct the event in the safest way possible for our community.

We hope you consider one of the generous sponsorship levels listed below. However, ANY contribution is incredibly beneficial to the Temple! There are three sponsorship levels, and all donors will receive:
          - Admission to the gala for up to two people
          - Early access to the silent auction items
          - Recognition in the gala program and in The Window

In addition:
          - Bronze Level Donors ($500-$999) will receive a zoo themed gift bag that includes two drink tickets 
          - Silver ($1,000-$1,999) AND Gold ($2,000+) Level Donors will receive the gift  bag with drink tickets as well as a one-of-a-kind canvas painting by one of the zoo's animals
